Booking, Cancellations and Late Arrival Kindly arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your booked treatment/s to allow staff time for your scheduled treatment. If you are new to our Salon, you will be required to complete our Consultation form/s. Bosky Salon reserves the right to charge in full for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows. Salon members (regulars) are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Please enquire at Reception to confirm if you apply. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. By not receiving an SMS or Whatsapp to remind you about your appointment, is not a reason to not show up for your treatment, The services offered are not a substitute for medical care. Any information provided by the therapist is for educational purposes only and not diagnostically prescriptive in any nature. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. The holder of the voucher will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day of presentation. Group bookings or Packages that exceed 4 hours will require a 50% deposit fee and a notice of 48 hours. We require a 50% Deposit fee for all Saturday bookings and over certain holiday seasons TreAtment Warrantees Any nail concerns must be must be reported with a picture within 3 days after your service to our Whatsapp number (+27 66 229 5325) to qualify for a free repair. If the nails have been removed without our consultation, there will be no free set or repair. Acrylic nails must be filled every 2 weeks, we will not be liable for any nail problems that may occur if nails are not maintained. We reserve the right to refuse to fill on any lifted nails or other brands. We offer a 3-day Hair treatment warranty if you are unhappy with the Cut or Color (not applicable to color changing phase). Free color corrections are only applicable if professional products were bought from us. No refunds will be given on any hair services, and hair will be corrected at our salon with the same stylist. Please refer to the indemnity form for full terms Refunds Products purchased are not refundable. In terms of Hygiene and Public health, we regret no exchange or refund will be given on product purchases that have been opened. All promotional offers such as buy 1 get 1 free cannot be refunded. No refunds will be done on any services, vouchers and treatments. Medical Conditions Certain treatments are not recommended for people that have medical conditions. Please inform reception if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose any condition from which you suffer, to us. Theft, Misfortune, Damage Policy Treatments and the use of Bosky Salon facilities are at the client’s own risk. Bosky Salon will not be held liable for any adverse reactions during or after treatment, or any other injury suffered on the premises Bosky Salon is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur. PLEASE NOTE Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched to silent during treatment All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bosky Salon reserves the right to any price increases without prior notice. Right of admission is reserved We reserve the right to deny access to any person we deem to be acting in an inappropriate or unsafe manner, where they offend or disturb other customers, owners, staff and/or therapist. We have the right to deny any alcoholic beverages to customers if we feel the need to do so.
